Michael J. Colarusso, Esquire
Mike Colarusso received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the Pennsylvania State University in 1982, and he received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1985.
Mr. Colarusso served as a judicial clerk for one year and then joined the law firm in 1986. Since that time, Mr. Colarusso has represented individuals injured in construction accidents, in automobile accidents, by defective products, and by negligent doctors and hospitals. He is a civil trial lawyer, admitted to practice in the Federal and State courts of Pennsylvania, and he is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association. He is also listed in The National Registry of Who's Who, and he is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Colarusso is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County and has an "AV" (highest) rating from Martindale-Hubbell

Herbert B. Cohen, Esquire
Herb Cohen received his Bachelor of Science degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. in 1986 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1990. Mr. Cohen is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Allegheny County Bar Associations, as well as the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. Herb has lectured for PaTLA on motor vehicle law and damages, and is admitted to practice in the Federal and State courts of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Three Rivers Rowing Association.
Mr. Cohen concentrates his practice in workers' compensation and personal injury cases involving premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, and construction accidents. He also maintains an active practice in the areas of employment discrimination, social security disability and professional negligence.
