An avid chamber musician, she is a regular performer on the Organ Swell Recital Seriesin Hampton Roads and the Midday Music Recital Series in Lynchburg, and hasperformed with the Ambrosia Quartet on the Feldman Chamber Music Series in Norfolk,with the Virginia Symphony Quartet featured on NPRs Performance Today, and withthe Quartet-in-Residence at Quisisana Resort in Center Lovell, Maine. She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelors degree in Performance and continued her graduate studies with Ray Still at Northwestern University. During the 20-21 season, the Orlando Philharmonic was one of the few orchestras internationally that was able to perform live concerts, including with renowned pianist Yuja Wang, and they closed their season with America, Come, an Orlando Philharmonic commission from Aoife ODonovan honoring the centennial of the 19th Amendment. As a teacher, Margaret maintains active studios in both Virginia and Michigan, offering a mix of online and in person lessons. She completed her undergraduate in 2020 summa cum laude from Boston University, where she studied with Boston Symphony principal Steven Ansell.
