Deb, I have made this cake three times during the quarantine. I made this and it turned out beautiful and delicious, but I had to add 20 minutes to the bake time, so it was about 50 minutes in the oven. This was SO GOOD! I will definitely be coming back to this recipe again such an easy and delicious cake! I added cardamom, and used water. My partner made it yesterday for my birthday, using rice flour to make it gluten free.
