Most cases are concluded by settlement, and it is typical that settlement agreements contain confidentiality clauses which prevent us from disclosing the details of the settlement. Additionally, although court proceedings and jury verdicts are public records, we do not believe that it is appropriate to disclose the details of specific cases we have handled.
